Standing Buffet/Cocktails

Finger cocktail : ¥3,000, ¥4,000, ¥5,500　
Buffet lunch : ¥3,500 etc...
Buffet dinner : ¥5,000, ¥6,000, ¥8,000, ¥10,000 etc...

Drinks

Choose from our extensive wine cellar (more than 80 selected wine)
Set Drinks Menus "drink set" available starting from \2,500 each.

Supply

All kinds of event accessories can be provided (ask for the prices).
(Cutlery, plates, glasses, linen, furniture, electrics, electronics, Hi-Fi…)

Flower Arrangement

The centerpiece flower arrangements, buffet decoration, space decorations (ask for the prices).

Staff

Chef (minimum 2 hours) - 1p ¥3,500/hour
Waiter (minimum 4 hours) - 1p ¥4,500/hour
After 11pm - 1p ¥5,500/hour

Delivery

Free of charge for orders over \50,000 and in 10Km area.
10% of the net bill total will be added for order under \50,000.
Over the 10Kms area. Delivery fee will be depending on the destination.
Food will be delivered 1 hour prior to the start of the event
Accessories and other materials will be delivered as needed. The pick-up can be arranged for the following day.

Information, Terms and Conditions

Reservation

At least 7 days prior to the date of the event (under 30 persons)
At least 10 days prior to the date of the event (over 30 persons)

Confirmation

After ordering we will send you an estimate. Will you please read it carefully sign it and return it to confirm your order.
The form of payment will be detailed in the estimation.

Modification

The total number of people cannot be changed in the 48 hour prior to the event.
The menu cannot be change in the 3 days prior to the event.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation in the 48 hours prior to the event. You will be charged 50% of the total estimated cost.

Payment

The bill will be sent to you the day after the event.
The payment will be made as per the details quoted in the estimate.

Special Conditions

For those parties with tax exemption status, we will prepare the bill without taxes after presentation of the required documents. (Certificate of tax exemption purchase for foreign establishments) GAIKOKU KOUKAN TOYOU MENZEI KOUNIYU HYOU.
